Free, layered and drawn to your exact interior dimensions — for any of our 31 box formats.

We build every template to order rather than offering generic downloads. Our tooling is a flat cutting die, so your box is cut to your dimensions — a one-size template would just have to be redrawn. Tell us the format and your interior size and we send a layered AI and PDF dieline, usually within one business day, free and with no obligation.

What you receive

  • Layered AI and PDF with cut, crease, perforation, bleed, safe zone and glue-tab layers separated
  • 3 mm bleed and 5 mm safety margins already marked on every panel
  • Panel labels so your designer knows which face is front, back, top, base and tuck
  • Grain direction indicated, so creases are laid out to fold cleanly rather than crack
  • A 3D folded preview on request, useful for signing artwork off internally
  • EPS, DXF or SVG instead of AI if your workflow needs it — just ask

How to request one

  1. Pick the format from the list below, or describe the structure if it is bespoke.
  2. Send your interior dimensions — length × width × depth, plus the packed weight.
  3. List any features you need: window, handle, tear strip, insert, hanging slot, vents.
  4. We draw and send it, normally within one business day, in AI and PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Are your dieline templates free?
Yes. Dielines are produced free of charge for your exact dimensions, with no obligation to order. We would rather you designed onto the real structure than onto a guess.
Why don't you offer generic downloadable templates?
Because a generic template is the wrong size for your product, and a box designed to the wrong dieline has to be redrawn anyway. Tooling here is a flat cutting die, so every box is cut to your interior dimensions — the template is generated per order, not picked off a shelf.
What format do templates come in?
Layered Adobe Illustrator (.ai) and PDF as standard, with cut, crease, perforation, bleed, safe zone and glue-tab layers separated. EPS, DXF and SVG are available on request for CAD workflows.
How long does it take to get a template?
Usually within one business day of receiving your dimensions and box style. Complex or fully bespoke structures may take two to three days because the structure is drawn from scratch.
What information do you need to produce a dieline?
The box style, your interior dimensions (length × width × depth), the packed weight, and any features you need — window, handle, tear strip, insert, hanging slot. If you have a physical sample, a photograph with a ruler beside it is often faster than measurements.
Can you reverse-engineer a dieline from a box I already have?
Yes. Send us the box, or flatten it and photograph it against a ruler and tell us the board grade. We can rebuild the dieline and quote a like-for-like replacement or an improved version.
